Meet Bradley J. Oakman, Licensed Insolvency Trustee
For many people, reaching out for help with debt is one of the most difficult financial decisions they will ever make. My goal is to make that first conversation as comfortable, informative, and judgment-free as possible.
I am Brad Oakman, a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) and the founder of The Oakman Group Inc.. For years, I have been helping individuals, families, and business owners across Ontario overcome financial challenges and regain control of their future.
As a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, I am federally regulated and legally authorized to administer consumer proposals and bankruptcies in Canada. More importantly, I believe my role is to help people understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.

As an estate manager, Cathy communicates with creditors and provides documents for the removal of garnishments and ensures that clients and creditors alike understand the insolvency process. She works closely with Brad in determining options for each client. Cathy has been an insolvency professional since 1998 and is a York University graduate.
